Upgrading an old IBM Aptiva

Hi, I have an IBM Aptiva 2139 E5Y (PII, 400MHz), what kind of motherboard can I put into my box?
I wish to upgrade to P4, but can I put any kind of MB into it?
Does anybody have any knowledge about PSU's that may fit (preferrably with more outputs for disks)?
Excuse me for asking probably lame questions, but hints and pointers are welcome.

Today's typical cases, motherboards and power supplies conform to an atx spec, which means a certain size. Your machine is micro atx, matx, so all of the above is smaller.
So you'll need a p4 matx mobo (no prob) and a matx power supply (prob) which means you can't run a p4 since those psus only go up to like 230w or something. I've heard of people fitting atx psus into matx cases but don't know much about it.
To find matx psus do a google search on "Emachines Power Supply". Emachines psus were so lame that most of the matx psu market is devoted to replacements for emachines matx boxes.
I recommend starting fresh with a new atx system.

Hey Nils I think I'm wrong above. That machine may have an atx board and psu, in which case you're probably fine. To be safe you might measure the dimensions of your psu and motherboard. Here are the ATX pdf docs that discuss the motherboard and power supply sizes.
