Upgrade Processor

June 23, 2010 at 23:12:08
Specs: Windows 7, Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T5250 @ 1.5GHz 1.50 GHz/4.00GB
My laptop is Inspiron 1420. It's current
processor is the product above. I wish to
upgrade it. So my questions are:

1. Is it possible?
2. What's the highest processor I can get for
my laptop?
3. Usually / averagely, how much will it be?

Many thanks!

Laptop processors are not cheap. You can expect to pay over $200, assuming you buy a brand new one & depending on which model you go with. What is it that you can't do with your laptop with the current processor?
