You must obtain a BIOS update from the motherboard or computer manufacturer. The BIOS supplied by Phoenix is customized by the motherboard manufacturer to match the hardware. A BIOS update must be a very close match to your hardware or the update will fail, leaving you with an unbootable system. In some cases physically replacing the BIOS chips (if available) will be required to restore operation.

Why do you want to update the BIOS?
With rare exceptions the BIOS should only be updated to resolve specific problems.

"And i wonna update, so i can Overclock."

That board is not an overclocker. You won't get far.

As Skip said, you're not going to accomplish much with that board. The BIOS is lacking multiplier & voltage adjustments. You'll be able to overclock a little, but not enough to make any signficant difference to performance.

Make sure you have enough RAM & a decent video card.
