Comment: My system is stable, but I'm unable to get
100x12.5 why??? The most I can get even when
I set the multiplier to what my mobo manual
states on the table is 12.5, but it is
going as 100x10.5 why??? HELP!!!!!! Specs:
AMD Athlon 900 @ 1.05 ghz (1050 mhz),
Soyo SY-K7VTA-B motherboard,
GeForce 2 MX 200,
SoundBlaster Audio PCI
----------- I did do the pencil trick to unlock
the multiplier. (bridging L1)

Reply: (edit)What kind is your chip? Slot? Socket? I once had a Thunderbird 900 and tried to overclock it. It got burnt out. So be wary since it's a known fact that AMDs aren't known for their reliability or quality

BS. They may be a little less reliable than Intel in a few little ways but they can run hotter and it's a known fact that they're faster and cheaper.

Reply: (edit) No one will probly see this but AMD's are the greatest thing to happen since celerons.If you burn one up it was your fault.
