You listed Win7 as your OS. Are you saying you have Win7 installed on a FAT32 HDD? If not, you need to explain what you're doing & why. The conversion software is built into XP, not sure about Win7.

Just go to Start > Run, type in CMD & click OK. Assuming you want to convert the C: partition, type convert c: /fs:ntfs & press ENTER

Windows provides the "convert" command line tools that will do this. Type "convert /?" at the command line to see it's options.

But this tool will not work for the drive Windows is on. This will not be an issue with Windows 7 as it cannot be installed on FAT32 anyway. Be aware the operation is not reversible. Third party tools that can do this outside of Windows are available. Also be aware that there is an element of risk in using such a tool so be sure to have a current backup of all important data, and know how to restore it. Of course you should always have this anyway.
