my 3000+ modle 10 barton @ 2167mhz is at 65oC medium load is this ok or not seems prity hot to me but the old amds wher hot runers so i dont know any help plz

The 1st thing you need to do is confirm that your temp reading is accurate...some boards are off by as much as 10C

I'm curious as to how you figure out a "medium" load..........

OPTIONS:

New HSF.
Reapply thermal compound.
Take to shop and have professional refit it for you.
