Too hot for an O/Ced PC?

Hey. I overclocked my computer, and when it boots, it runs at about 70 degrees fahrenheit(Mobo temp...my comp doesnt detect CPU temp). But after playing games for 30 mins, I noticed that the motherboard temp went to 90 degrees fahrenheit. Would the CPU temp be even higher then that, and is it safe for my computer to be running that hot? I have a Pentium 2, 266 o/ced to 300.

Yea, if it's 70C, it's definitely running hot, if it's 70F (21C), it's at about room temp...90F is about 32C, which is still a good temp. But you gotta get the F or C issue figured out...
Summary: Thats way too hot for a P4. At first glance i would say your HSF may be on backwards, but your idle temps are very cool. Got me there. I guess your problem is definetley cpu cooling related; case t...
Summary: I know this question has probably been asked a hundred times before, but I am getting no joy with my PC Manufacturer. I saw in an earlier post that the opinion was that an Athlon 1.4DDR running at 57C...
Summary: Prescotts run hot anyhow and the P4 600 series does a better job at cooling but they are still too hot for my liking compared to AMD 939's processors. I know that AMD's 939's are much better at coolin...
