This is my system with the exception of the xp 2800, I have the 2700 @ 333 no 512 cache.

Very fast and stable, also quiet my laptop makes about the same noise if not a little bit more then my tower.

XP 2800 @ 333 with 512 cache (Barton Core)

Yea i heard the new xp3000 barton aint performing very well !!
MY SYSTEM :-
CPU- 2400xp o/c to true 2310mhz FSB 154x15.Vcore 1.85v
Mem- xms Corsair 512ddr434 pc3500 o/c to pc3850.Vcore 2.5v
Mobo- Gigabyte 7vax.
Psu- 550w enermax
Graphics- G4 Ti4600 128mb o/c to 725/325.
HDD- maxtor 40g @ 7200rpm.
CPU Fan - Global win pure cooper runs at 7600rpm with arctic silver 3.
Fans- 3xdrive bay fan + 2x80mm exhaust fans,1x 120mm side case fan .
System temp = 28c.
CPU temp = 30c idle, 38c under load after 5 hours of quake III
PCmark2002- CPU=6820,Mem=4509,HDD=1153.
3Dmark2001- 14400.

Not the perfect machine but hey!! aint far away from it lol.
Going water cooled very soon!! for some silence lol!!.

How would you rate this machine guys.
This is my mid end computer that can handle anything and any game that is out there. It took me 6 months to collect with all the money and that is basically all I can afford. Machine made by hard earned money:)

Very nice system overclocker , your like myself (see response 3) with a completely hand built machine with hard earned cash lol !! you can get any better .
just like to add that ive got a 19in sony trinitron monitor.

everybody add there machine specs!! i like to see that kind of thing.

Athlon XP 2100+ running at 1800Mhz

256 DDR pc2700
80Gb maxtor HD
GF4 Mx 440
Soundblaster audigy sound
Volcano 9 w/ artic silver compound
PCI slot fan under graphics card.
90mm extractor fan at top of case, 90mm intake at bottom.
15" TFT screen.
Dolby 5.1 26W surround sound.

Very stable, never crashes or resets. Average CPU temp:
idle - 44
heavy load (ie 3 hours of jk2) - 56
