Comment: Hi; I have never done an o'clocking and i need few suggestions.I have an "oldie"MB Gigabyte GA-5aa(cpu K6 II-500Mhz),ext. to 550Mhz on socket Super7(by the users manual). The strange thing is that on the board switches offer an combination 100MhzX6=600Mhz.I have two questions:can I really make my CPU run on 600Mhz without burning out my CPU or even MB?And which kind of modifications I should make on my cooling system(now I have ballbearing fan for K6 II,Artic silver II thermal grease, and additional fan on my hi-tower case)?Hoping that someone will answer me...Thanks!
