After 97 posts, i think i have decided on what im going to do. I am returning the mobo to newegg, because im in the 30day refund $$ period. Ill get this one:
http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProductDesc.asp?description=13-152-027&depa=1
gets me 20$ which will pay for the restocking fee (yay). Also to play it safe im returning the cpu and getting the same one back, in case mine was burnt out :( this can be done through newegg or intel, because Im getting the same part. So, hows it look? everything compaitable? PSU good enough on the rails? Thanks!

Btw, if you read the original thread, you will see the PSU was suspected. I tried 3 other PSU on it last night, but no dice :(. Just to let you know I didn't "give up".

Anyone? The main concern is the mobo, if examining each part would take too much time. all the other parts worked together in my old rig, I just want to know if they will all work with the new mobo i listed. Thanks.

hmm.. if it's easier I'll send links for each peice. The vidcard link won't work for some reason and i cannot find it on new egg, maybe they are out of stock for a while? Anyway please help n here are the links:
