hi all,im new to overcloking and cpu temp and i wanna know if 45c for CPU and 38c for MB is normal when i just browsing the net.i just buyed this computer and i wanna learn about overcloking anyone can direct me to a tutorial or something like this please=)

The CPU temp is good. The MB temp could be better (lower). Intel Thermal Management recommends case or chassis temp to ambient (room temp) to be within 7 degrees at idle.

thank you for the answer,,,how i lower my MB temp...add a cooler?i never overcloked my system too

You should be able to lower your motherboard temps and case temps by adding 80mm fans. I recommend you start with one in the front or side to blow air into the case and one on the top of rear to blow air out of the case.
