system unstable, HELP

my system has been unstable for a while, crashing here and there. the BIOS setting gave me three places with red numbers: 1. CPU Front Side Bus Frequency 2. CPU VCore 3. RDRAM Frequency: FSB Ratio
I think these are out of specification or something, because i did not set up my computer i don't know what to do. I went on asus BIOS Agent and this is the information i got from it, please help!
