430watt Antec PSU

This computer has worked fine for about 2 years. I upgraded from a Radeon 9000 card to a Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb about a year ago, I overclocked the 9800 pro a little about 1 year ago. Recently my pc began taking longer to boot up, then started this cycle of restarting during boot up, it would get to the winxp logo screen but would not make it to the logon screen and just restart. Eventually it would not boot to safe mode. So I had to boot the pc from the OS cd and run FIXMBR and FIXBOOT so I could get back in. Then I could not load any games due to system lock ups. I reinstalled windows and my pc would not install the drivers for my video controller, under display it would say default monitor on...(nothing). If I updated the driver, it would recognize the 9800 pro but after restart it would boot up a black screen. Seemed to boot up fine I just could not see anything. So I put my Radeon 9000 in and it works perfectly. So I ordered an ATI X 800XL 256mb 4X/8X AGP card from the internet and after install I get a black screen and with "system failed vga test" and sometimes it does not say that and seems to boot normally but with a black screen as if the monitor is off. So I am wondering do I have 2 bad video cards or could it be the AGP slot on my MOBO? I am lost, also was thinking that the 9800pro 128mb card and the x 800xl card both require a power connection from the PSU but the radeon 9000 does not. Please Help...Thanks

I think this is do to running the Vid card in OC for to long after a while the card will just start to die out, I had this happen of a nvidia card, before i upgraded.
system would not boot up at all sometimes then it would load windows and just freeze up on me. hate to say it you might need to buy a new card, sounds like the damage is already done to your current card.
