CPU/Ram: AMD 64 3400+ / 2GB

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help me with overclocking my machine. i would like to clock my processor as now i have watercooling its icy cold after hard core gaming. my graphics card i would also like to clock but the temps on that i cant get below 60 :( could anyone help me.

CPU : AMD 64 3400+ Newcastle
GRAPHICS : nVidia GeForce 6800GT 256MB
MB : GIGABYTE K8NSNXP nVidia nForce 3 250
MEMORY : 2x 1GB 400 (2 GB)

plz help cuz i dont know what to do

Custom build, watercooled, AMD 64 3400+ Newcastle, Nvidia GeForce 6800GT 256MB, 508GB HD 2 sata, 2 ata, Thermaltake 680W PSU.

Hi, what you should do is put the FSP/RAM ration to 1:1, then slowly increase the HTT by increments of 5, restarting the computer and checking the clock speed, once you reach the desired clock, or you think your going to far, around id say 2.6 2.7 for your proc, stop and run a torture test on the machine, if its stable, sucessful OC!
