Looking for info on wether or not i can download SSE for my CPU-AMD [model 4],Socket A[socket 462],Mobo-Biostar M7NCD [no-ultra,pro.]my MMX,MMX+,3DNow!,3DNow!+ R supported but not SSE,1,2,3.would realy B nice if there was a downloadable for this. i have seen many-many support sites even Biostar has one but no info on getting/download of an SSE file?

You can't download it, the CPU has to support it...the old Athlon model 4 doesn't. You need an Athlon XP, model 6 or higher.
