Another question in addtion to the one posted below...

in my cell menu under the spread spectrum config, it states that my pcie and sata are both enabled.

My question is, (im using a sata WD Raptor,) its default out of the box config is that spread spectrum is disabled for use as a desktop pc.

Ok.. well it is the sole drive in my sys, thus its disabled on the drive itself, so in this cell menu option - should i disable it since it is disabled on the drive?

For best performance & stability, Spread Spectrum should ALWAYS be disabled.

Spred spectrum has nothing to do with your harddrive. It is related to the frequency control on the MBoard.
