Comment: My 6600 gt has hdtv support. What does that mean and how can I utilize it. I have a pc tuner card with cable. Does this mean I can pick up hdtv channels? Do I need a special monitor? Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Reply: (edit)It just means that you can hook your PC up to a big-screen HDTV set. Unless you have a tuner that can pick up over-the-air HD signals (Such as the ATI HDTV-Wonder), no, you won't be watching HDTV.

Reply: (edit)Thanks jackbomb, appreciate the response. "Doesn't your manual explain it?" Actually, no. Not one mention. Can you believe it? I guess thats why we have Q+A forums.
