Reply: (edit)is it a willamette or a northwood? just read the amount of L2 cache it has on the retail box. If its 512 then its northwood, and you may be able to get it close to 3 ghz, or you may not even be able to get it past 2.3! Thats the thing with the 2 ghz cpus, they all are very different... My 2A ghz cpu (northwood) is running at 133 fsb (533 quad pumped) and 2.67 ghz.

Reply: (edit)yeah thanks for the help i find that mine is a northwood... i would also like to know what a normal cpu temperatue would be i have it running at 2.3 ghz and its running stable at a temp of around 49 degrees C
