OS: Win XP Pro
CPU/Ram: Celeron 2.6GHz
Model/Manufacturer: eMachines T2642

I'm trying to replace a Socket 478 mobo which is failing on an eMachines T2642. There have been many issues (http://www2.geek.com/discus/messages/6874/3216.html) reported about this system. The power supply has already gone bad twice (they replaced it both times, I swapped out for a better one) and this mobo has lasted roughly 1-2 years.

Found a few good mobos at Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductList.asp?N=2010200280+1070509907&Submit=ENE&SubCategory=280) and wanted to see which you recommend?

ASUS P4S800D-X (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131527) ($56.99, Prescott/Celeron D, 4GB max memory, 800MHz FSB, AGP slot)

Biostar P4M80-M4 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813138262) ($42.99, with AGP & 3 PCI)

PC Chips M963GV (v5.0)(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813185078) ($42.99, Micro ATX)

Gigabyte GA-81865GVME (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813128305) ($54.99, 800MHz FSB w/3 PCI slots)

I have a Celeron 2.6GhZ w/128KB cache

With a 17" CRT, Radeon9250 board with a DVI Connector, and another 17" LCD what's the recommended wattage I should have on the power supply?

The current RAM in the sys is PC3200, 333Mhz. Will this work in these other boards? (all take 400Mhz).

Any other advice before I buy?

Buy the cheapest one... Since your CPU is low-end celeron and a low-end 9250 video card, I suggest you find any open-boxed one in newegg... As long as the motherboard is in mATX form has less than 3 PCI slots 1 AGP/PCI-E slot, it should fit np...
