Socket 423 on a 478 Mobo

Is it possible to install a socket 423 cpu on a 478 motherboard? I have an Iwill p4r533-n motherboard.

That adapter is so that you can put a socket 478 cpu on a socket 423 motherboard, I'm pretty sure he wants to go the other direction. They do not make adapters for socket 423 cpus to fit on socket 478 motherboards.
