Comment: Please could a SMART, (sorry bad joke) person help me. I have a seagate barracuda hd and at the boot screen, it says smart disabled, but i am sure it has got the smart feature, How do i enable it and view the info in windows, also is there any 'no c#ap program to monitor cpu temp? thanks alot

Reply: (edit)All it is is a technology to view the hard drive health and to view temp and stuff like that, most new hard drives are smart enabled

Reply: (edit)Yes, there are plenty of programs that can monitor your CPU Temps. I've got a mental blank and can't think of any at the moment i'll soon remember one.

And im still quite sure i have smart.
