Slow Boot Up on Quad Core

My Pc takes a some time to boot up. It hangs on the at the very start where the BIOS, Motherboard, RAM, etc are shown.

I read on a different site that it could be that I have a low rating power supply.

Can anyone help to resolve this?

It's more likely that your BIOS settings needs tweaking...check the boot order.
