helo guyz!!

i have this previous mobo SHUTTLE SPACEWALKER MV42. my brother is now using it. As i read back the manual i found out that it has two supported kind of ram, and that is:
1.)SD RAM PC 100/133
2.)DDR 266/200
two slots each, PC133 is currently in-used. So i made up my mind in shifting it to DDR 266, the instructions are to set the jumpers short for DDR and open the jumper for its voltage. This is now solved.
But as i came up into section in CPU,it only supports 400mhz intel.(currently celeron 1.70ghz socket 478 running at 400mhz bus speed).
I'm planning to upgrade the CPU running at 533mhz bus speed, but my problem is the mobo only supports at 400mhz. But as i read the section carefully, i found out that you can change the clock frequency from 100mhz to 133mhz...does this mean i can run a CPU at 533mhz if i set the jumpers to 133mhz?

SO, the questions are:
1.)If i replace my PC133 to DDR266 and a CPU of 1.70ghz running at 400mhz, will it still be compatible? or if still my PC133 in place and replace my CPU to 533mhz bus speed..will it run?
2.)If am running at 400mhz CPU, and using a DDR266, willit cut down the speed of my DDR266 to DDR200?

hirs a quick look of the mobo:

- the switch to DDR-SDRAM is not gonna make a significant difference to performance.

- the board only supports 400FSB CPUs. If you install a 533FSB CPU, it will run at 400FSB & the CPU will be underclocked. For example...a 2.0GHz/533FSB CPU is supposed to be clocked at 15 x 133. Drop that CPU in a 400FSB board & it will run at 1.5GHz (15 x 100)

- I suggest you leave this old system as-is. Any upgrades you make to it will just end up being downgrades to your wallet. If you wanna spend your money on something, start with a new motherboard, then build off that.
