Should I buy this setup?

Sigh, I just posted a lengthy message but since I wasn't logged in this site erased the message when I clicked on the back key. So now I will make this brief. I am getting tired of waiting over a year for a new setup and when the next line of CPUS/RAM come around I am sure they will be $300+ each and not that much faster than what is out now. I am not an overclock freak I just want an easy and dependable setup that I can put together and go. Here is what I am looking at:
Please let me know what you think or if it will have compatiability issues that you know of. This is a business expense so it doesn't matter if I save a few dollars more on another setup since I will be taxed thousands of dollars either way.

I would avoid the 6000+ (Windsor)...it's a 125W CPU. Stick with the 89W Windsors or go for a low power Brisbane at 65W (5000+ for example) & overclock it.
