I hear about setting ram CL to certain numbers, like 2-2-2, 2-2-3, etc. when it comes to overclocking. What does CL and the numbes stand for and how do you change these settings?

I've overclocked a few CPUs myself, but never had to mess with the CL which I assume is related to the MEMORY.

Usually these setting is changed in the BIOS.

Like I said, I never had to touch these settings.
