Server 2003 100% processor use

Hi,
I run my server as a web server and domain controller, it has been fine for ages, but suddenly it has gone really slow, i have re formated it, but still its teh same, after lookin in the task manager i see that my processor is running at 100% use all the time!
In the processes list i cant see anything thats using anything to much.

djx01dlob: can you see what process is taking 100% CPU power ?
Can you stop (kill) it ? Is it any better ? What process is it ? Are you running any service packs ? this this occure before/after installing the service pack ?
