With no way to manipulate the core voltage and no PCI/AGP lock, you are limited in how far you can go.

I would suggest you run a stress program to see how sustainable your overclock is so far.

Plus you got the 128k L2 cache Sempron version instead of the 256k L2 cache Sempron version which will limit your OCing even more. Not to mention you will see little preformance increas regardless of how much you OC it because of the 128k L2 cache size.

The bigger the L2 cache size the better the preformance will be when you OC a processor.

If you really want an overclocking processor then go throw down 120 bucks for a S754 AMD Athlon 64 (Venice) processor. It has 512 L2 Cache on it. You could easily get that chip up to 2.4 on a stock heatsink and fan stable or even higher.

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+
2GB Dual Channel DDR 3200
Nvidia 6800GT
SATA II 250gig 7200rpm 8mb cache
Gigabyte Nforce 4 SLI
