replacing CPU celeron by CPU pentium

Specs: Windows XP, 2.4 GHz/1GB
I am a beginner PC user . First I work on an old PC & get experiance & then work with a modern PC. My old PC has a shuttle MV43V v7.3 MB & a 2.4GHz celeron CPU (100 MHz : FSB) . I wanna use a 2.8 GHz pentium (133GHz : FSB). I clear bios & rearrangement relative jumpers (based on manual). But sysrem does not boot . what was my fault ?
please forgive me because of my mistakes . English is not my native language .

I believe you will find the motherboard only supports 100fsb CPU and NOT 133fsb:

One should always check with Manufacturer Support first..........

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....
