Replace The Rubbers on CPU

I do not know correct terminology but two of the four nipples on the back of the CPU got burnt when the fan packed in. The CPU works perfect still. How do/can I replace these please.

I had to do this on a CPU that I purchased from eBay. What I did was go to a local craft store & buy some peel-n-stick foam "dots" that were roughly the same size/thickness are the original pads. Actually, the girl at the store gave me some from an open pack, so I got them for free :-)

Make sure the ones you get aren't too thick or they won't compress enough & the heatsink won't make good contact on the CPU core.
