I've just bought a new CPU fan and I want to install it into my old PC before I upgrade to my new one.
However, the old CPU will have the previous fan's paste on it and I'm wondering how I should remove this. I don't really want to buy anything new and so was wondering what kind of thing in my house would be suitable to remove it. I was thinking about using nail polish remover to take it off, but I don't know what kind of cloth I should use. Could you recommend me a suitable implement?
