OK, so I recently bought parts to build my
computer, but after using the computer after building it for about a month, I bought 2x1gb sticks, and after installing them, my computer just basically stopped working. I think my bios might have an error in it, because when the xp finishes loading when the computer starts, the video cards in my computer just die down.

Please note: the 2 ram sticks that I bought were also ddr2800, the same kind but not same exact cards, these were crucial instead of corsair, which have slightly different timings of 4-4-4-12 instead of 5-5-5-12, which were the ones that were already installed. So, I went to start the computer up after installing the new cards that I had just bought, and the colors on the monitor were distorted and it failed to boot properly, so I tried using only one video card instead of both of them in with sli technology, and it worked, but it was very, very fuzzy (the colors just kept getting distorted, like waving around really, really fast).

And, I have tried using just the regular 2 gb of memory with the 2 video cards now, and it doesnt work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, yes, sorry, I thought that maybe, since I don't know everything about computers, different RAM cards could be incompatible with each other and make other hardware suddenly not work correctly.
