No not really Phenom II's memory controller can only utlize up DDR3 1333 anything beyond that is wasteful for "utilizing" purposes. There isn't a real diff in memory performance either going from DDR3 1333 to DDR3 1600 and if you are able to teak your memory settings tight on DDR3 1333 it will actually perform better then DDR3 1600. As for overclocking purposes your not going to see much more potential upgrading to DDR3 1600 for your Phenom II. Your overclock is already close to the Phenom II's limits right now. So there really isn't any point of you upgrading all of your ram again.
