SIMM? Are you sure that's what you mean? A SIMM is for older systems & was designed to run at 66mhz. You probably mean DIMM...
If you know how to read the markings on the chips, you may be able to figure it out. If not, you'd have to install it in a system to test it & get it's specs. Try a program called CTSPD
