RAM running at wrong speed

Sometime in the last week, I noticed that the BIOS startup screen started reporting my RAM as being DDR2-667. My RAM modules are 2x1Gb OCZ DDR2-1066, and have always reported correctly in the past. My motherboard is an ASUS P5Q.
I know very little about RAM or BIOS settings. I've taken a screenshot (of sorts) of the most helpful looking BIOS screen.
What do I have to do to get it working properly again?

If your CPU runs at 1333MHz FSB, your RAM should run as DDR2-667. If your CPU runs at 1066MHz FSB, your RAM should run as either DDR2-533 or DDR2-1066. If necessary, change the BIOS settings. Your screenshot only shows part of what we need to know. You have everything set to AUTO so either the problem lies on another BIOS screen (Advanced) or you actually have DDR2-667.
