How accurate is that software?

I just tried it and the suggested waltage is 383 watts for an average PSU, but my current PSU has 350 watts only. What the heck!?

usa un amperimetro de gancho de Corriente Alterna en la fase de la toma de corriente.

y alli te medira la corriente real que consume tu equipo..
