"Proper" overclock speed? There's no "proper" speed...it's the highest speed that you can get away with while still maintaining stability.

Your CPU runs at 1.47Ghz (11.0 x 133mhz FSB)

You're multiplier is locked at 11.0, so that leaves you the FSB to experiment with.

While waiting for a reply from someone that has experience with your motherboard/CPU, I suggest you do some searching...try putting "overclock A7V266-E" in goggle.com & see what you come up with.

Huh? Given your system you should just leave it as is if you don't have any idea of what you are doing. That PC runnign at default should be more than adequate to run anything or any game fine.
