Processor temperature display

OS: XP Home sp2
CPU/Ram: 3.2G hz P4 / 1.5G

I experienced a thermo-shutdown last night. Suspect a dirty CPU fan or duct and will check that tonight but was wondering if someone could suggest a simple (hopefully free) program that will monitor and display the CPU core temperature. Thanks.

Another good one is Everest. Its got the tempretures of just about everything that has a sensor. Also has something about overclocking.
