I have a K7N2 delta mobo with a 2500 antlon barton. I`ve had this board and processor for 3 years the first 2 years, had it overclocked to a 3200 no problems then while playing games it restarts,havent had alot of money i was only running 512 ram couple weeks ago got some money and upgraded my ram from 512 to 1 gig 3200 thinking my ram was bad,but still when i overclock it shuts down my pc,has my processor just givin up?i have all the latest drivers ...please help

could be overheating, could be a failing power supply

You try cleaning out your system. Overheating in time is caused by too much dust in the system as well.

thanks for your replys yes i ripped everthing out even my processor,used my aircompressor it was dirty but still not able to overclock...powersupply is there a way to test it?or buy a new one?i dont wanna buy a new one and still dont work like i did with my ram???

what is your psu watts and v12+ amp ratings?

it should say the amps 16\A etc.. right under the v12+ rating

It is probably and most likely (IF your processor isn't overheating) caused by system instablity. Try loosening your RAM timings, increasing the Vcore by a bit..
