A CPU is a chip that fits in a socket in the motherboard. Other than that, I have no idea what you're asking about.

Sounds like the BIOS ACPI settings are configured to "Power On" as opposed to "Last State" or "Stay off". Regardless, this post belongs in general hardware.

FYI..
I have gone through one hardware engg. and find that there is problem with the BIOS chip that is loacted in mother Board.. I have replace it and now its working fine.
