I have an Asus TUV4X MB with a Celeron 1.1GHz. What's the smallest (in Watts) power supply that I can/should use? I'd like to use a 200W PS to keep the noise down.

Thanks.

The wattage of a power supply has nothing to do with the amount of noise it generates. A high quality supply will use premium fans which will be more quite. I prefer EnerMax supplies for the quality and price.
