I was wondering if there are power adapter cables out there so that I can connect my case fans, which are the kind that have a 4 pin molex connector, to my motherboard (3 pins) I want to make use of my MB fan controlling capabilities but need adapters for my fans. Don't want to replace them if possible. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you'll be able to control the fan speed once they are attached to the mobo 3-pin header but since your current fans do not have the rpm monitoring wire, you won't know exactly how many rpms they are running at. No biggie
Summary: You will need to splice into the 3 to 4 pin wire using the bare wires from the fan. Trust me it's not that hard. yellow wire to power wire for fan usually red black to black wire pick the one closes...
