Hello all!

I now have this spec:

K8N neo2 Platinum
AMD64 2800+ 754
2* Twinmos 512 cl2 PC3200
525 Watt PSU

I was going to overclock some when i got this cpu but i cant... its too HOT. its about 60 IDLE and 75 LOAD.

I have tried the HIPER6 heatsink (the REALLY big one) and now im using slk 9xx(dont remember full name)

Im using an old 80mm fan that i had on my Volcano 12 heatsink. It was good cooling on the last pc(xp2500@3200@40c)

Now i want to hear your temps, memory stepping, cpu, mobo and anything that would show me what to aim for in overclocking.

I've had my cpu at 8*212 stable (toast stable)

Please post.

I needed a BIOS update to get reasonable temp readings. Perhaps you need the same.

With my current set up (Abit Kv8-Max-3 and AMD 64 3200+ not overclocked) my idle temp is 38 degrees and load is 45 degrees
