I use either RivaTuner or the software that came with my card to OC.

(Gainward GeForce4 Ti4200 64MB @ 317c/620m)

ok i dled rivatuner now like how do i oc it increase the core clock and memory clock

Yes usually both a higher GPU speed cooperating with a higher memory clock yields great results.
