Hi I am very confused about some overclocking side effects, very much appreciated if I could get some help...
I have an XP2000+ with Gigabyte 7VTX with 512Mb of DDR2700 memory. Running a very old GeForce2 MX400 video card at 4X AGP. CPU is at 133Mhz FSB (BIOS default) and memory at 266Mhz.
1. When you increase FSB from 133Mhz to a higher speed, what will happen to the speed of the AGP bus and PCI bus? Does FSB affects these 2 bus speeds?
2. What would be most suitable steps to take to overclock this CPU? My current CPU temp is 40 degress celcius at full load and 33 when idle.
