Ok so i need the pll for my Fujitsu siemens
G31t-m2
Motherboard but when i found it i can't find the
PLL for OC in any OC software!
I have also tried to search on the internet but
no luck with the numbers.......
I was searching below the GPu when i found it
... I haven't though found anything near the
CPU..... aany tips or anyone that knows my
PLL... :)

Not all PLLs will allow overclocking.

The PLL chip is usually right next to the reference oscillator. The oscillator is a silver pill-sized object with numbers on the top. The numbers on it should say something like "14.318" (since the oscillator generates a 14.31818 MHz signal.) Here is a good example:
