Phenom II FSB:RAM

Comment:
What FSB:RAM ratio would provide the best performance for a Phenom II 940? I have 4 GB of PC 2 8500 memory installed.
The ratio is currently @ 3:8 (200/533). Should I be running the RAM @ 400 mhz (800 effective) instead? That would make the ratio 1:2, correct? Whatever happened to the old 1:1 days? I'm just a bit confused...

You sure are. The ratio pertains to Intel systems, NOT AMD. AMD systems don't use a FSB & they haven't used it for over 5 years. They dumped the FSB in favor of the HyperTransport bus beginning with the 1st S754 Athlon 64 which was released in 2003. All AMD CPU's since then have run with a 200MHz reference clock.
Your DDR2-1066 RAM runs at 533MHz.
In other words, 200/533 is correct. There's absolutely nothing wrong with your settings.
