PC3200 Mem Timings?

CPU/Ram: Barton 2500+ / 256mb ddr

what timings should i set my mem at so it is fast and stable? Someone who bought the same type set thier's to 6-2-2-2 whatever that means and CS latency to 2.0 of course. That is pc3200 245mb btw. thanks

Please tell me their proper names, not the "x-x-x-x" form, i don't understand that one.

Generally speeking, the smaller the numbers, the better the performance.
And I don't think there exist 245mb memory sticks.

arg sry, thanks for the link. i keep typing 245 for some reason, i need to scoot one more key over when i type i guess :D
correction: 256mb :P
