This is not a big deal but every once inawhile my pc wont boot the first time; so I restart again and its boots fine. Any suggestions to solve this problem would be fine.

Leadtek GE-Force 2 PRO
Win XP

Sounds like a power supply problem, I've experienced this a few times with that ECS board (I run it myself). Before powering up flick the switch on the back of the PSU itself on and off, and then try powering up. This should get your system to boot up saving you from zapping the drives everytime you turn it on and it doesn't boot. If that is in fact the solution the best thing to do is to flick the PSU switch on and off after everytime you shut down the system, that way the next time you go to turn it on you won't have the boot problem. I had to do this with the old PSU I was running with this board and a few other systems I've seen also had this prob.
Hope this works, if not post back :)

it most certily sounds like power supply, and yes its a big deal
goto here and read the PSU FAQ and then pick out a proper power supply

Antec Power supplies are made well. ECS motherboards are not of very high quality, so you need to really treat them well. I went through 5 of them before I went with Soyo.
