PC Wont Boot - CPU frequency

Please advise
I have a ASUS A7V motherboard and have been using a 1 GHz Athlon AMD CPU fine.
I got hold of a Athlon AMD 1.33 GHz CPU that was working fine in another pc.
I put it on my motherboard. My pc booted but reported the CPU only at 1000 MHz.
I changed the CPU frequency to 133MHz [I assumed the multiple was set to 10].
Now the PC will not boot.
Bus speed is PC133 with SDRAM PC133.
Does anyone have any ideas on this? Most of all how I might at least access my BIOS to set the CPU frequency back to 100MHz.
