I take it the room temp is equal to the lowest temps you mentioned which would be HDD temp at 14C (57F), right? since you cannot get below room temp unless you have Vapor Chill, I conclude that your temp readings are inaccurate.

I built a my neighbor a pc with the same case. It's sick. If I was you I wouldn't even be worrying about temps because they case somes with at least 8 fans and surprisingly not very load. My neighbors pc doesn't even get above 40c on a hot day, while mines run at 48c while I'm not the net, LOL.
I'd overclock everything on that.

Look at the temps Benjamin posted. They're lower than ambient unless he lives in the arctic. They can't be correct regardless of the cooling solution or case used.

Just tell us your ambient room temperature, that will clear up the confusion.
